"I have stated that I made an error on my application & own up to it. But I was told that I couldn't submit another application for a whole year & I have proof of my situation that I was going through with slumlord at the time & I didn't have a chance to submit that proof. I felt that is unfair & THAT is why they get a one star from me."

"Writing this review for my mother. She lived in one of Ideal Rentals for 2 years. Never had many issues with the house. Paid her rent and bills on time every month. She put in her 30 day notice to move September 1, 2023, as she was buying a house. We made sure the house was clean, no trash left behind etc etc. Handed in the keys 2 weeks early with no issues. Today November 2, 2023 she received a letter, excuse me a bill stating she did not pay her rent for September 2023. We have the receipt from the money order showing proof she paid it. Plus they are charging her a painting fee because she was a smoker. It was never stated in the lease she could not smoke. She should not be charged for this. The letter stated she owed just over $1900 in fees, kept her deposit and still say she owes just over $600 still. This is clearly taking advantage of an elderly woman. I can only imagine what they have done to others. If she don't pay it they will probably next take her to court. I will continue to post this review all over until Justice is made."

"Hands down best rental situation I've ever had. I had to leave before the end of my lease and they made it very easy on us. I lived in one of their houses for a bit over 3 years and not once did they raise our rent. Maintenance came and fixed every issue incredibly fast and i never got blamed for things breaking. It beats living in an apartment and was affordable. I am sad to leave, but grateful to have found this company."

"This company has been giving out my phone number to tenants and potential tenants for years and off and on I get tons of calls for their business on my personal cell phone. I'm so sick and tired of it. I tried to contact them in the past, and have this situation fixed and I was met with rudeness and hostility from their employees. Recently the constant phone calls have restarted, so they must be using my phone number on a sign again. It's not my job to redirect your business's calls, so I will ignore them. They apparently don't care that they are losing business. I can only imagine what kind of "property management company" they are based off of the unprofessionalism displayed."
