"A great stop for a night while traveling. Quality of the rooms and beds were consistent with other courtyard properties and the staff was excellent. The hotel was a little difficult to get to as it’s basically at the end of a mall parking lot. This was the only drawback, otherwise the stay was great."
"Customer service was amazing, our front desk worker was so nice and funny. Our room was very spacious and the beds were super comfortable. The only thing I didn’t care for was the location. It’s a little hard to find. I think the rooms were a little outdated. The rooms were clean. The fitness center was decent. I would definitely stay there again"
"The king room was more spacious than most I've stayed in. The "hallyway" from the door into the room proper made it seem removed from the main corridor. Despite be next to the elevator, it was quiet. Plenty of room to move around in the bathroom, which had extra space for any toiletries at 1 end of the tub. Bonus for the room was a small balcony with 2 chairs; great place to relax and unwind. There is a restaurant/lounge of sorts available adjacent to the lobby. Breakfast is available, though not complimentary. Alcohol is also available in this area. (I didn't purchase anything from there, so I have no rating on that part of the hotel.) It was a quick late check in and out again in the morning to continue the long drive. I was well rested and grateful for the accommodations. If I found myself in the area again, I'd definitely reserve another room."
"Everything was fine, until I figured out they don't have free breakfast. Which was acceptable, until I got charged $200 extra for my kids getting dry erase marker on the sheets. Have called, they will not give me an answer other than "well that's standard"."
"This a decent courtyard, but it is way out of the way, very hidden from view and I had to have a map program to get Me there. However, the service at the bar area at night and in the morning were the best I have ever had at a courtyard. The rooms are being remodeled, but the service here made this a 5 star review."
