"Beds not comfortable looks like a full asked for Queen for 2 adults. Called to make reservations for $59.00 price. Was told it was not necessary to reserve because they plenty of rooms. So was charged $107.00 plus $30.00 deposit. ??? Was told you only 59.00 price if you reserve . ???"

"First ansld last time here! The first room I entered didn't have a remote for the television and the phone didn't work. It looked like someone took a dump prior to me arriving. The young lady at the desk provided another room, there was a remote but when I pulled the sheets off there was a bed bug!! I immediately called the desk and asked for a refund. I'd never come back again!!!"

"No free breakfast, even tho everything says so. If booking online confirm details on arrival. Booked a queen got full. Only reason to stay is the location is close to Civic center. They double the rate for big events. Super 8 and uber maybe a better choice."

"The lobby was beautiful and the service staff was friendly! We were very close to the event we were staying in town for, and the view of the bridge out the window was lovely. The bed was comfortable and warm. However, we were without toiletries, and the cleanliness was not quite what I would've hoped for. All in all, a good stay"

"We very much enjoyed our stay. We were very comfortable. The hotel was very clean, and the young lady at the front desk was very very welcoming and her hospitality was on point although did look forward to being in a brick exposed room as you advertised on Travelocity but unfortunately we did not get a room as such but the bed was very comfortable. The room was nice and the location was in the perfect spot near everything and everyone that we needed and wanted to visit"
