"They use key fobs to enter the building and unit and I got there one day after a long flight and suddenly key fob stops working! I’m like where do I call?! There’s no phone number, I found a phone number and called at 7 pm (not a crazy time right) waited hours nobody came to help me out to open the unit door so that I can stay where I pay for!! I ended up spending the night at the hotel, so good luck staying at EMR!!!"

"I am a travel nurse and have been living at EMR since 2021. Overall, I am quite satisfied with the property and the management team here. Bear in mind it is an older property, but it is well kept and any issues are quickly resolved by Shelby, the property manager and Don, the building engineer. I like the fact the hospital is literally right across the street and the highway is half block away. The rooms are either 1-2 bedrooms, while on the small side it is sufficient for my needs."
"I have been living here for 3 years and love every moment of it. Management is very approachable and helpful. I have only had 2 maintenance issues that were taken care of immediately. I enjoy the ease of doing everything online, from paying my rent to maintenance request. The tenants here are very friendly and pleasant to be around. My apartment is very nice, and despite its square footage is actually very roomy. I highly recommend EMR as a great place to live."
