"FANTASTIC!!! Well I am very glad the office is now open more days!! I had to put a review for Ms Alexandra Beltran. We stepped in the office and there was three clients ahead of us. Alexandra was very quick and professional taking care of the clients. Within fifteen minutes we were next in line. My husband got his SR22 policy under $100. She does faster service than when there was two people in the office. After us there were four more clients stepping in, I will be referring more clients to this company!! BTW IT IS THE SAME PLACE AS INSURE ONE WE DIDNT HAVE TO GIVE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION SHE WAS ABLE TO PULL IT UP QUICKLY AND DOUBLE VERIFIED EVERYTHING."

"Terrible service. They constantly get my account mixed up with someone elses or something (I've had to update my phone number 3 or 4 times now since it keeps magically getting changed.) When I call I get placed on hold and it rings when its time for someone to take the call, only it rings 3 times then they place me on hold again. Rinse and repeat. When I finally do get through employees often route me to an office that handles a different state than where I reside based on my phone # area code, even though being informed otherwise and my policy being in my current state of residence. A few months back I called to make a payment and was told that my account was current and to call back on the 21st of the following month as the system would generate a bill on that day. I called back on the 21st and was informed that I had not had insurance the ENTIRE time after being assured I was current and good for the next month. The manager of the location tried to blame it all on me when I've done everything in my power to get money to this company. Its a pity a customer can't request call logs as I'm sure only a low percentage of them, if any, are recorded. They are cheap, but they also have zero concept of customer service. I've visited the physical location THREE times now during operating hours and the doors were locked with no employees in sight. We are living in the 21st century, yet I have to jump through hoops and hours of nonsense to pay a bill or request information. I've been trying to pay online for the last few days (I usually I have a bill due by now,) and the website alternates erorrs from "You do not have a payment due at this time" to "your account information is invalid." Knowing this company I don't really trust the situation. If you like saving money at the expense of convenience Insure One should be right up your alley. Stay away otherwise."
