"I’ve been coming to this autozone for about 5 years now whether it be for brake pads, rotors, wiper blades, tools, batteries, or anything else. I was just here in March to get the Duralast Gold rotors and elite brake pads to do a brake job for someone, honestly wish I got those on my car because the person I did it for has extremely smooth and quiet stopping power now compared to my car, I bought the plain duralast rotors for my car in December but went with akebono brake pads from Napa. The coated gold rotors are great especially with the elite pads so next time I’ll use that combo on my car. I’ve never really had problems coming here. I have noticed the employees have changed ( some new faces ) I came in last week to get a AGM battery for my car. I work at a dealership in Naperville and they only have flooded batteries, there was a girl working there who seemed new or at least I’ve never seen her before, she was EXTREMELY NICE and helped me out, she gave me whatever tools I needed and had an AWESOME attitude. Keep her forever and give her a raise! You guys need more people like her, her customer service was amazing best I’ve seen in the 5 years I’ve come here. Wish I knew her name to shout her out like she deserves. I will keep coming back to this autozone for sure!"

"This is the second time I visited this store location and again not happy. I had the same customer service person and both situations I walked away with nothing but frustration. A couple months ago I came for a new battery and to get it installed. I nearly had the batter bought and when it came to him seeing under the hood, he said "I am not doing that forryo, that's too much to take off before I get to where the battery goes. Fast forward to this morning I came in for a low beam headlight. When he came out to my car and looked under the hood he took the cap off and goes "sorry, I can't help you". Apparently he doesn't want my business or money so I am staying far away from here. Customer service skills are lacking and in your role you need to have better people skills. What a joke when I can easily go to another location and they will help."

"I work in the customer service industry, so I understand customer zeal. Unfortunately, this location doesn't the meaning of customer zeal. I went to purchase black latex gloves, as you can see in pic below, the are priced $24.99. When it's time to purchase the gloves, the employee stated the gloves are $34.99. I explained to him every glove in that section is priced at $24.99. He wouldn't honor the displayed price and would rather keep $10 versus keeping a customer. Unbelievable! Since COVID, based on their price, these particular gloves jumped $20. I will be taking my business to Advanced Auto."
