"The best and only care care shop that I would recommend for everyone! Marcus has always been there for all my auto needs. He is honest and fair and has provided a lot of comprehensive services for my German vehicles. Recently, I had an issue out of town and the local shop could not determine the problem. So I transported my car 150miles to Sterling for the proper diagnosis and repair. No distance is to be too far for a honest dependable service. Thanks."
"I grew up working on my own cars. Today, cars are much more complicated and not as easy to repair at home. Over the years have tried many different mechanics trying to find the right garage. I've been a repeat customer at Sterling for years now. Why? Because they they are honest about their business. They do a 30 point inspection with their maintenance and never try to upsell services for the sake of making extra money. Because if an issue can be fixed with something simple like cleaning a filter or sensor verses replacing expensive parts, they will clean the part and return the car working many times without charge. Understanding that car maintenance can be tricky, there can be delays, and sometimes the wrong parts can be sent to the garage, if there is an issue, they take responsibility for the problem and don't add additional costs to correct the problem. And I've never had an issue with their quality of work. I recommend trying them out."
"We absolutely love Sterling! Their warranty is awesome and they are always so welcoming and treat you as part of their family. I would highly recommend you give them a try. Pros: Warranty Quality of work Reasonably priced Cons: Sometimes it's really difficult to get an appointment. Although this is not a con for the company sometimes it is for me. However they do offer a drop off service. This is where you can drop your car off at your convenience and put your keys in a secured box. No worries they will not fix anything until they speak with you. Overall they are well worth the wait. So go ahead schedule you an appointment today!!!!"
"I feel as if i was overpriced and the quality of work performed wasn't the best as well. i had to go to another repair shop right after my car was released from Sterling Automotive to fix the problems that Sterling should have fixed in the first place"
