"My dog has been groomed by Sofia several times at the Gold Coast Club. Each time, he looks amazing, and there are no indications of stress nor accidental injuries from cutting his hair. Sofia takes time to meet with me to see how and what I want done and makes professional suggestions as needed or as requested. I have tried several other groomers and like the PUPS Pet Club, specifically Sofia, the best. I will continue to take my dog to Sofia from this point forward."

"This review is LONG overdue. Sofia is our favorite groomer and the person who keeps us coming back to Pups Pet Club, we have even changed Pups Pet Club locations to follow her. She is our favorite part of this location. If we want a summer cut or to keep our goldendoodle's longer cut Sofia makes our pup look so good that everyone's head turns after her. She always goes the extra mile to give her a cute touch like a bow or bandana. The compliments our puppy gets are 100 percent due to Sofia's hard work. She thinks about every detail, making her paws look like little ballerina feet. Not only that but Sofia went out of her way early in our grooming sessions to show us the type of brushes we need to help maintain our dog's coat in between visits. There have been times where we missed a spot on our dog and she never made us feel shamed but showed us the area that we need to improve on and how to do so. She is not only an incredible groomer but lovingly taught us how to be better doodle parents in the process. She is so patient with Kiki and knows her quirks too, you can tell she takes so much pride in her work."

"So happy we found them!! Everyone was very patient, friendly and attentive. I have a GSD with a long double coat and is currently blowing her undercoat, she saw Rueben for a full bath and de shed treatment, amazing job. Not a single loose hair left, she is visibly relieved. Nails/ears/paws all were super duper cleaned. Place was easily accessible, wide-range of booking times and very clean. Prices are standard . Post bath photos, happy fluff all around. Absolutely recommend. Brendon made sure my puppy felt safe and welcomed from start to finish."
