"Moving here has been nothing short of a disappointment. Let me get started, before I even thought about writing this review, I gave management time to rectify the situation to no avail. 1. The incompetency of this management is pretty real. They do not know which units are ADA and which units are not. Our manager was shocked when she walked into our unit 2 months ago during our move-in walk through to find the entire unit being modified. All the things we were promised such as cabinet space are no longer existent. I will take the blame as tenants as we should have toured our unit before signing the lease, but you would assume management would be aware of which units are ADA and which units are not? This shows the lack of awareness they have of even their own units. 2. Random charges showing up. We own one parking spot, but somehow were charged for two this past month. Reached out two days ago via their app (which they told me all communication should go through the app) and no response. Reached out yesterday and no response. Rent is due today. The lack of professionalism and timeliness is something that is concerning as an apartment landlord. If you email them, they respond pretty well; but they tell you not to email them and contact them through the app. But when you contact them through the app, the communication somehow is worse than emailing them? Odd. 3. Maintenance. We used the oven 2x to bake frozen pizzas and both of those times were disasters. The smoke detectors went off every 30 seconds due to some unknown reason. Submitted the maintenance request and they came and checked it out. They just turned the oven on (with nothing inside the oven) for 10 minutes and left telling us it was fine because nothing happened. But of course nothing would happen because there's nothing inside the oven baking??? 4. Little things. Randomly, you get locked inside the complex and can't leave through the front door. Yeah you read that correctly. Sometimes you can't leave through the apartment complex's front door because it locks from the inside so you have to leave through the side door which is pretty inconvenient. The side door can be just yanked open without a key fob which is a significant safety issue. Speaking of safety issues, the garage door is always open. I think in the 2 months I have lived here, the garage door has been functioning for 2 days before it broke. So it's just always open. Convenient, but not safe. These are all pretty ridiculous things to be for them to call themselves luxury apartments. No wonder the management turnover rate has been high here. Changing from Tapestry to Arrive. It all makes sense. The only positive about living here is the location. Mariano's being walkable and 294 being right across is actually pretty convenient. Maybe this is all corporate's issue of not being able to hire competent works to be 'landlords'. Regardless to say, it's been nothing short of a disappointment. Might as well look a little north and living near Uptown500 to see a well established management."

"I like this community. They do everything on a timely manner including maintenance, cleaning and customer support. The proximity to everything is very convenient. The staffs here are so friendly.. Most importantly they listen what the residents need.. Personally I would like to thank everybody especially Arie and Mitchel who are always there to help and always treat us nicely.."

"Arie was exceptionally friendly, highly knowledgeable, and helpful during the apartment tour. When I voiced my concerns about the layout of the apartment, she promptly identified an alternative unit within my budget, which I found beneficial. Although I ultimately decided on a different residence, I genuinely appreciated my experience at Arrive Glenview and would have been delighted to live there."

"Maintenance has been extremely helpful at this complex! My laundry washer stopped working and that very day, maintenance was there with a brand new one. After 10 quick minutes, my new washer was installed and ready for use. Thank you so much to Mitchell H., the head of maintenance."
