"I rented an apartment here a while ago. I had my own parking spot, but the property management and a person named Keith had my car towed although it had all stickers that they gave me. I was on a long vacation to visit my family out of United States post COVID when this happened. I spoke to Keith multiple times that I will be renewing my plates upon my return and he did assure the car will not be towed. Upon my return. he doesn't remember that I even spoke to him on a phone call. The towing company said it went to scrap and there is no way I can recover it, but the history of the car showed it was sold to someone else. The WORST MANAGEMENT AND THE WORST PEOPLE I have ever encountered. They didn't even compensate for the loss and I don't have time or energy to pursue this legally now."

"A very nice place to live in Northbrook,very affordable,nice and quiet area,there are always people out and about walking from early morning to late evening even now when it is getting cold,Sept.1 to now. Can't complain. Only been here since Sept.01,2020."

"We just moved in. They charge you hundred dollars for cleaning. The place was nasty. I asked the landlord for refund and she refused to pay me back, not to mention other problems like toilet not flushing well, door locks not working etc"

"STAY AWAY FROM RENTING FROM Marianne Gondek!!! She is the worst landlord you could ever imagine. If you ever want to get in touch with her, good luck! Her number is frequently disconnected and I had to resort to the White Pages to figure out her number, which always goes to voicemail, and when you leave a message, calls are never returned! The only way you could get anything done is by contacting the facility fix-up person, Mike. We are currently waiting to get our security deposit back, pending the 45-day post-move out deadline, and have tried to contact her to check on the status. Once again, NO returned calls. NOT EVEN ONCE! We left the unit in pristine condition (shampooed the carpet, did not have any pets/non-smoker). I don't want you to go through what we are currently going through. Stay away from this place!"
