"Bed bugs. Beware this hotel has bed bugs. Management has been blowing me off for a week about this issue. They said they sent in maintenance and not pest control and found nothing. So they have bed bugs crawling around but can’t find them. Stay at your own risk."
"I stayed at this property few times. My last stay was not good at all. Elevator wasn’t working, I asked them to make the room when I got back at 10:00 pm walked in to my room noticed the room wasn’t made. No Soap in the bathroom, no shower gel, Bathtub faucet was leaking, so there was not enough water coming from the shower head. I noticed hair on the shower walls Cockroach in bath room floor. Dust on the night stand phone in the room wasn’t working. I had to wait for 10 minutes each time to use the elevator.i called and complained to general manager all he wanted to do is give me $30 off this hotel is old , dirty. I will never stay at this property again."
"Melina was great at the front desk! Rooms are functional and cool. Some have beautiful views of the surrounding nature. Peaceful location for those visiting Northbrook/northern Chicago. Nice walking trails and nearby grocery stores."
"This is a very nice hotel , the rooms are very nice, bed is so comfortable. The only thing I don't like is how they try to hold on to your incidental fees instead of giving them back right away. The Mexican manager and other girl at the desk need to listen when a customer tells them something they have had happen to them at the hotel. And stop putting there input in about there life. THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT!!!"
"The hotel was beautiful, much larger than I expected. The room was clean as well as the pool area. The restaurant server Esteban was by far my favorite person interaction he provided great customer service and the food was tasty."
