"I had insurance for my small business with Sandy for this past year. Six months ago i received a letter saying that liberty mutual did not want to renew my policy because i was a smokeshop. I called Sandy she assured me it would be no problem and that i had time to get insured from a different company. Well 6 months has passed and numerous calls were made to her and every time she was unavailable. Even after she again reaffirmed that i didnt need to worry. I even agreed to paying higher premiums. Still as of today she has never returned my phone calls. How unprofessional. She could of easily explained that she didnt want or have the time to.help me but instead has decided to be unprofessional and just keep telling her secretary to keep telling me lies. Would never refer or recommend this company to nobody."
