"I called the Swansea location & spoke w/Corey. Asked alot of questions about tires & what they had in stock. Gave me quotes. Was very patient, answered all my questions. I was pleased. I told him I would be in the next day to get some tires. I got there the next day. They didn't have what he quoted me in stock. I was a little aggravated since I had told him I was coming that day for the tires. Corey was very apologetic. He quickly went into action trying to correct the error. I ended up having to come back the next day but Corey gave me a really good discount for my time & got me in & out. Eddie called me to let me know i needed a wheel alignment but while on the phone, a small kitchen fire broke out in my home. He heard kids screaming & just chaos goin on in my house. He said don't worry about the wheel alignment. We're going to go ahead & do it no charge. He said take care of the kids & your home. We'll call you when your car is ready. These guys were so great. We live in a time when customer service is really nonexistent so i wasnt expecting much but they completely changed my mind. I felt like they really wanted to help me, not get over on me. I appreciate them so much! Mark, the store manager was great as well. Go see these guys! You won't be disappointed! Thanks Eddie, Corey & Mark! You guys are the best!!"
