"K9 has been such a positive experience for us. There are many dog facilities in the city of chicago but we chose k9 because they offer transportation. K9’s staff has always been incredibly responsive, flexible, and most importantly kind to both us dog parents and Franklin our dog. We have had a positive experience with all of the K9 drivers, but Sandra has been the main driver who picks up our dog. We are so incredibly blessed to have her. She does a great job with Franklin and we know our dog is safe when she is transporting. I highly recommend this facility and will continue to use them for the foreseeable future."

"My dog had a GREAT experience at K9 university! I usually WFH so he doesn’t do well on his own. I chose the daycare and transportation option because he typically doesn’t need to eat/have a bathroom break from 2-5 while I’m at work. After daycare, he was EXHAUSTED. He slept the whole time and didn't wait at the door when I came home (like he usually does when I pop out of the apartment for an hour or two). I’m looking forward to using them each time I need to go into the office."

"We utilized the K9U board and train program to teach our rescued puppy basic obedience. Had a great experience with them and very happy with Cassie in particular as our pups main trainer. She’s very kind and educational in regards to dog behaviors and puppy training. We received many videos and pictures of our baby as daily updates which we loved. Excellent website as well very clear about pricing and easy to navigate. Overall very happy with our choice using K9U, we plan on using them in the future as well!"
