Heights Tower is a unique institution located at 1222 East Kingman Avenue in Peoria Heights, Illinois, United States. Adjacent to Village Hall, Tower Park was built in 1968 and underwent a complete renovation in 2003. The park features a large water fountain, a 44’ pavilion for community events, and a 200’ water tower with a 500,000 gallon capacity. The main attraction of Heights Tower is its 200’ Observation Tower, which offers three observation decks and a glass elevator that takes visitors 200 feet above Peoria Heights and the Illinois River Valley.
