This iconic structure, gifted to the citizens of Cairo by Mrs. Anna Eliza Safford in 1884, stands as a testament to her love, devotion, and civic foresight in memory of her husband, A.B. Safford.

It is open Tuesday to Friday, from 10 a.m. to 12 noon and 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
