"DO NOT LIVE HERE. I wish I could give this a zero rating. I have lived here for 4 years and never once paid a maintenance fee until recently. They claimed that due to the way I "communicated" it gives it grounds to charge me. I have been a loyal tenant for 4 years, until this. As I am scrolling through the reviews, it is blatantly obvious that they planted those reviews themselves. I haven't heard from eris at all. I emailed upper management about a week ago with no response. Gang violence, tenants leaving their gas on, cars blowing up in the parking lot, drunk idiots shooting guns outside my window. They refuse to clean up mold. They don't check in their tenants to see if everything is OK. Management does not care about you whatsoever. Our laundry machine has been broke for two weeks. CsC (laundry folk) make it to where you cant use your card on the machines so you have to but an excess amount of credits that will always have a balance of just not enough. The paint is so cheap, if you look at it, it will get dirty. Good luck getting your deposit back. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!"
