"What a disappointment. You never would have guessed by entering the building. The lobby was clean and spacious. My biggest complaint was the man behind the front desk. He was the most unprofessional individual I have ever met in the hotel/hospitality industry. Shortly after check-in I had to return to the front desk to inform him my television is not working. He told me that I am probably not pointing the remote at the TV correctly. After I tried numerous times I returned to the front desk and I asked him to personally try to get the TV to work. He reluctantly did but to no avail it still didn't work. His solution, have me move to a different room. Which I did, but what I found rude was he provided no apology, no offer to help me move or even an attempt to compensate me for the inconvenience. The pool was not operable nor did the website give any indication of this present situation. The complementary breakfast was very nice but as I passed the front desk with my plate to return to my room he told me I have to eat in the hotels dining room. When I asked why, he responded that I might spill food in my room. I told him I ate in my room last night while using the hotels provided microwave and refrigerator. Another inconvenience I encountered was when I left the building the only door that would allow entry was the front entrance. No other entrances allowed entry even with the room key. The hotel itself was fine but the front desk staff was very unwelcoming and unprofessional. His attitude is reason enough why I would NOT to return."

"I have stayed here multiple times in the past and never had complaints. This time we had left overs in the fridge in our room from lunch earlier and when we went to reheat them our refrigerator cabinets had multiple cockroaches in and around the fridge. We immediately packed our bags and went downstairs to speak to the front desk. The man didn’t seem surprised at all about having cockroaches in our room and basically said that it was beyond his control to issue a refund? And that we would need to contact management in the morning but a refund is not guaranteed."

"Clean hotel, good breakfast options for family. Rooms are very tight; if sitting at desk and push back to stand you hit the bed less than 3ft between them. Cleaning service was fabulous turndown service and quick. Pool was very cold, couldn't let my 2yr old in it. Staff was helpful and friendly."
