"Staff was friendly. Breakfast was terrible. eggs tasted like plastic. Had to clean our own table. We were told there was an omelet station, but it was never staffed except for a tip jar. Room was in terrible shape. broken lampshades, mismatched "garage sale" furniture, closet door torn off, peeling paint, terribly soft bed. Felt like a cheap interstate motel. More of a party crowd on Friday and Saturday night."

"I think this is my first bad experience at a Hyatt hotel I am sad to say. Front desk staff was amazing on check in and to explain my issues. We had a 2 bedroom suite and the feel overall of the room felt like a motel 6. We had two bathrooms but one was clogged when we arrived, the other constantly ran all night which kept us up. We tried to call maintenance for over an hour but the line was busy and we never got through to anyone. We ended up shutting off the water of the clogged toilet. We would have done that on the running toilet but that was our only working toilet with 5 of us. I told someone in the morning at the front desk and he apologized. We were here for a Cheer. Competition at the NOW Arena and did not sleep well or have a good overall experience. I love many things about Hyatt hotels and up until now our experiences have been positive. The only thing that brought the service score up was the front desk staff."

"Been there many of times I've stayed probably close to a month between all my visits rooms are decent. Staff is friendly and helpful pet friendly there is some major construction on the road right now. But not all that bad. Location is decent it's close to a lot of things"

"Location: if you’re visiting Chicago, there’s tons of fun stores and restaurants in Uber distance for cheap. Asian restaurants and super markets, malls, thrift and such. Pool: sauna is so amazing and calming, pool is a nice size. Only thing I wish they changed about it is leaving it open 24/7 with maybe adult swim hours, like no kids after 9 pm but open all night. Why? 1. Adults should be able to be trusted to swim at night and 2. People don’t control their bad kids, they ruin the daylight swim hours. Left more then once because of the bad loud kids, so adult only hours would be sweet Rooms: shower was smaller than I expected/less quality then expected but the bed was the softest most plush I’ve ever slept on. The couch is perfect for watching movies late at night. Thermostat works well. Maybe more lighting and plug options for those of us who need to do hair and makeup would be nice? Breakfast: amazing, never missed it, would wake up early just for it. Staff: kind and helpful, professional."

"I have stayed here during 4 of my trips and in each of the trips I have stayed for more than a month. The breakfast spread is huge and delicious too. Evening social is an added advantage which lets you meet new people while having a drink and munching on snacks. This place made me feel like home during each of my visits. The staff is equally professional and courteous."
