"Not a bad stay; In town a conference. Rooms clean and bed was very comfortable and the Beautiful Lady at the front desk was very nice at checkout."
"Checking in wasn’t bad, the gentleman wasn’t really friendly but was ok. He advised they had to hold $50 fee for incidentals and it would fall off once I checked out. I was there from Saturday to Monday for a volleyball tournament. It has been 8 days and the $50 hold is still pending on my account. I have called several times during the week and the young lady was ABSOLUTELY NO HELP. She advised she was going to have her manager call and NEVER DID I have NEVER HAD A HOTEL hold a deposit this long. BESIDES that the Breakfast was terrible The bathroom vents/fans were covered with dust looks like they have never been cleaned."
"Had hard time setting up for shuttle to airport. Once it was scheduled, was perfect to get to the airport. Coming back, called and no answer at shuttle number, called front desk and they said they couldn't help to call shuttle number. After calling for 45 minutes and no answer, called a cab, $80 later we were back at our vehicle. When we got back home, checked my credit card and they had billed us twice. Called hotel and couldn’t get any satisfaction, it is not in the hands of credit card for them to handle it.would not recommend this for Park, Stay, Fly. Not the quality the Radisson is known for."
"My recent stay at this hotel was fantastic! From the welcoming front desk led by Muhammad and Yusuf to the impeccable rooms and excellent service, every aspect exceeded my expectations. If you're looking for a top-notch hotel experience, I highly recommend this place. It's a true gem that combines comfort and outstanding service for an unforgettable stay."
"I was conflicted staying here. The first room we went into wasn't clean but they immediately switched our room and it was clean so, yes alright. It's nice they offer an airport shuttle and the driver was courteous, it was 20 minutes late in one end and 70 minutes late on the other end. It did show up though. So yea. Take that information as your see fit"
