"Pretty loyal customer to this location. I probably won't be back. I did a online order and got a email that my meal was ready went to pick it up but had no luck. They didn't have it ready. Had to pull it up on my phone but I was going to be late for work and left. Probably a computer glitch but I won't be back. App won't do a refund so I'll stop again just to do this."

"I have been to this subway multiple times and it is the only location to give me any problems and has done so numerous times. This most recent time I made a mobile order, showed up when it was expected to be done on the app. The doors were locked and they had a sign stating they were temporarily out of bread. The app charged my card as they confirmed me as picking up the sandwich. I called them numerous times that night and this morning and they would let it ring for minutes on end, answer, then immediately put me on hold. I plan on disputing the charge with my bank but I just find it odd they will not even answer their phone line. In the past I had out of about 4 orders, 2 incorrect, and one noticeably worse tasting sandwich."

"This is the best Subway in Nampa, if not the best I have ever visited. The employees are engaging as they will have a polite conversation, like how's your day going, while making your order. The store and parking lot are clean. Even the ingredients seem fresher than the others in the area. Even though there are two other locations closer to my home I will gladly go out of my way to visit this store from now on."

"I have come in here a few times with my Daughter during the evening hours the store is open. For the most part the Lobby is clean and the service is amazing, depending on the rush of hour you come in at. There has been little times my order has been messed up, but whenever i say something about it, its fixed nicely. The Workers I have seen most (The girl with blond hair/Stripe of brown. And Boy with shoulder Brown hair) Are very charismatic, They are quick to work with and are very interactive. Other workers are very smiley as well and their areas are always clean, would recommend if you are looking for a place to eat with connective people. My only problem coming in this place has been when they were busy and there were veggies mixed into each other."

"Probably the worst put together sandwich I've ever received from Subway. I ordered through the app to pick it up so that's probably why. Lots of stuff missing and there was stuff everywhere. Just save yourself the headache and order in person so they actually put your sandwich together right."
