"This was the worst pizza experience I have ever had. Pizza was ready in 15 minutes but once I got it home I realized why. It was completely soggy. I figured it just hadn’t been cooked long enough, no problem, threw it in the oven for 10 minutes. Boy was I wrong. It was so soggy my 14 year old wouldn’t even finish one piece. What a complete waste of money. I tried to call the store for a refund. No answer for 25 minutes. I gave up. Never again will I order Pizza Hut."
"Listen, never had a bad experience, but this last one was one I needed mention. This young man came to my door and looked very scared. Explained somethings that happen to my order with NO excuse and I absolutely need to say he needs a raise or a "atta boy", to face a heavily tattooed man with pride in his company like that, shows the quality in the service... plus the the pizza was great!!"
"I ordered Chicago style pizza online and was giving a cheese pizza, not the end of the world, but happens a lot from this location, and they are never on time. Pizza wasn’t on time and sadly even if I did order a cheese pizza, it wasn’t hot or melted. I will be choosing Idaho pizza next time, especially at 9:00pm @night, what an inconvenience!"
"I ordered hand tossed medium pizza with double hamburger, double cheese and mushrooms. It was carryout. When I got home there were no mushrooms on the pizza at all, only two or 3 tiny pieces of hamburger on each slice. I paid $21.39 for medium pizza. They charged xtra $3.00 for no double hamburger and $2.00 for no mushrooms."
"This Saturday I had without a doubt the tastiest pan crust on a pizza I've had in the last few years. Absolutely stunning flaky and light and delicious. This Pizza Hut knows what they're doing. Was just a regular pan tastemaker and it was absolutely incredible. Basically speechless. Great job."
