The team at AutoRental were brilliant, they made the process super easy and were great when we accidentally broke a hinge on the awning. Renting cars is always so nerve wracking when you're terrified they might try and charge you for stuff, but we were so assured that the team was professional and laid back. At a time when every car rental place on the island were increasing their prices through the roof, Wayne did not engage in this shenanigans. He charged us his standard rates even during the Christmas period, and gave us a free ride to and from the airport. You won't get this type of personal service from a car rental chain. I'm glad we were able to go with Wayne, and will do so each time we visit Launceston. The car we got had done a fair distance, but it was very well maintained and did not give us any issues at all.”

“Great value car hire for 11 days, was $800 cheaper than the competitors in Launceston or Hobart. Received a sedan car 2004 Toyota Camry, so no Bluetooth or sat nav but I brought a car vent phone holder along. Just wanted a reliable car so happy to pay the price offered by Sam. There was a 100% Best of 2005 hits CD that was left in the stereo which was almost as good as Spotify”
