"Shannons roaside assistance should be shannons roadside non-assistance. we had comprehensive and ultimate roadside assistance in our policy.our car was flat as the door were not opening at all. the inexperienced people they send to us asked us to open our car using the key and the keys got broken . now they say they wont be assisting with anything with roadside assistance as it was broken keys.blah blah.. The lady who called my partner over the phone was so arrogant and rude to me.. i wont recommend shannons insurance to anyone at all."
