Witness the incredible sight of life returning to this once devastated area, with threatened nēnē (Hawaiian geese) often spotted in the vicinity. Visitors are urged to use caution when parking in the area and to refrain from feeding the nēnē. Feeding the nēnē can also lead them to beg for food and approach moving vehicles, posing a danger to both the birds and visitors. Don't miss the opportunity to experience the beauty and resilience of nature at Devastation Trail.
