"I visited Windsor today to return a pair of shoes, only three days from the purchase day and never wore. Although I initially exchanged them for a larger size due to fit issues, the strap area still posed a problem. Upon attempting to return the item, the woman at the store claimed the system wouldn't allow it because of the prior exchange, despite the store's 14-day return policy. Despite my request for assistance or involvement of a manager, she insisted on her role as the manager and refused any help without attempting to explore alternatives. The encounter left me feeling disappointed and frustrated, questioning the professionalism and courtesy of the staff. As a longtime shopper with your brand, I now understand the reasons behind the store's low rating. Please take note of this experience."
