"They only had one “boyfriend chair,” a term I use for a chair in a nice store to sit in while you wait for your significant other to shop. I think it was more for decorations, but in my book just having at least one is better than none. They also had a bench but I think it was primarily for decoration."
"No one acknowledged I came in the store. Didn't ask if I needed help. You never know who's coming to purchase. Beautiful items, no customer service at all. Sorry for the owners losing money. One lady was in there just dancing around talking about she had Asian wisdom.. Not acknowledging customers is not job security."
"One of the best stores ever made. Fabrics are soft and patterns are always beautiful. Clothes and home furnishings are top notch. Been going to the store in Seattle for over ten years and this one was just as nice. The staff was amazing. Friendly and very helpful in getting different sizes to try on and also suggesting what to mix and match. 5 stars."
"I really likes the merchandise. I am a handicapable stroke survivor. Apparently they were being nice to help me. Although out in the store they were acting bothered to do their jobs. He was so mortified. It completely ruined my shopping experience and ruined our pleasant evening together. I want to drop everything back off I am so disheartened. I would shop Free People. They have better customer service. I am disgusted."
