The other two employees were so unfriendly, no smiles & one I approached was acting like I was bothering her from straightening the racks. And the other one I passed looked like she shouldn’t be working in Customer service! Actually both of the two other associate’s except your wonderful Mikayla, she’s awesome! The other two should take lessons from Mikayla!"
"When my family came in, no one offered to help us. As my daughter was trying on clothes there was 3 associates that kept "fixing clothes" where we were. Still no offer of help. I actually had to call someone just to ask a question. Because the "clothes fixers" did not want to be bothered."
