"Bought a luggage, a hat, and kitchen towels, etc. Great prices, lots of parking. Only thing, there's homeless tents and they partly blocked the exit so drove to another exit. Kinda spooky. *This Ross is by the exit of Dole Cannery Theaters."

"This ROSS STORE IS AN EMBARRASSMENT FOR DUBLIN CALIFORNIA MAIN OFFICE. This ROSS STORE IS NOT RESTROOM FRIENDLY FOR SENIORS & DISABLE CUSTOMERS. Due to high homeless occupant in the front of the parking lot that’s why this Ross Store HAS NO RESTROOMS FOR CUSTOMERS THAT SHOP THERE, IF ANYTHING THIS ROSS STORE SHOULD CLOSE & OPEN WHERE THEY CAN PROVIDE RESTROOM FOR SHOPPING CUSTOMERS. If anything there should be a SIGN POSTED AT THE FRONT DOOR INFORMING CUSTOMERS THERE IS NO RESTROOM AVAILABLE ESPECIALLY FOR CUSTOMERS THAT ARE DISABLED OR WITH A HEALTH CONDITION, BUT THE EMPLOYEES I AM SURE ARE DIRECTED BY STORE MANGERS TO TELL THE CUSTOMERS NO RESTROOM THE CLOSES RESTROOM IS CITY MILL. THIS IS A VERY POOR EXCUSE &TOTALLY NOT CUSTOMER SHOPPING FRIENDLY IT’S THE CUSTOMERS THAT MAKE THE REVENUE FOR THE STORE LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE CUSTOMERS WILL SHOP A PLACE THAT TAKES CARE OF CUSTOMERS."

"Terrible management!! Shopping there is not worth spending your hard working money there. Poor accomodations! Employees are very rude to say, we don't have restroom for the customers here. So all you customers need to reconsider not to shop at Ross stores. Go to TJ max there prices are great! Better selections and most of all they have clean restroom and good smelling soap to wash your hands. Now, that is a wonderful place to shop. Merry Christmas!!!$$$"

"Nice Ross store with a wide range of products. Clean and everything well organized. Unfortunately they don't have a restroom at this location. Staff is very friendly, including the security."

"Not the biggest. The carpark entry is tricky, so beware you do not overshoot it. (It's a big block if you have to go around again.) I suggest going during daylight hours. There seems to be a lot of homeless frequenting this area. We got some great bargains here that we could not get at the other stores. Well worth a visit."
