"Women's clothing and miscellaneous goods store There is a Japanese clerk"
"This is a wonderful boutique, and I’m so glad it is in Honolulu. They carry beautiful womenswear brands from Australia, Europe and the US that are hard to find in person anywhere else on Oahu. It’s a beautiful space and they also carry lots of great scents in candles, incense and perfumes as well as really nice accessories. Everything in the store is really beautiful and special. One of the owners was working when I was in and she was so polite. She was there if I needed any help but also gave us ample time and space to explore the pieces in the store at a pace we pleased. It is a calming place to shop that I look forward to returning to."
"This store is a gem, and the one star review that i saw does not represent the store at all. I personally appreciate both informative sales people as well as when they are not pushy with store sales. The owners Mayo and Yuki are friendly, makes great recommendations and are personable. Not only is the store well curated , but their attention to detail creates a high end boutique shopping experience."
"I was very surprised at the poor customer service attitude of the clerk, who is in his 40s. The trip left me with some very bad memories. If it's a store in your price range like ZARA or H&M, you might not care. This store is by no means cheap. First of all, when I entered the store, there was no greeting, no explanation about the sale, and after asking if I could try it on, I was just told to go ahead and was left playing with my computer. I was wandering around by myself, not knowing where the fitting room was or how to close the curtains. I'm really surprised. I'm sure there are many people who come to Hawaii as tourists, so this kind of attitude was really disappointing and sad. There are no particular shops around, so I took a bus just for this shop, but it wasn't worth it. I went to at dawn and ICONIC, and they even explained the sale to me when they greeted me. impossible."
