From Stephen coming out to quote for the job, to it finally getting finished, there was no issues. When Stephen came out to initially look at the job, there was no hard sell, just measure up, told me what he was going to do, answered any questions I had. He then sent me a quote within an hour or so, again not pushing it. When I agreed for the job to go ahead, Stephen keep me in the loop about when he could start and also ensured that I was kept informed with delays (arrival of chemicals or weather). The work was done in a very professional manner, no time wasting, just get through the work, informed me when he was taking off for a break or when done for the day.
