I contacted I Care ,after the initial telephone call ,communication was great ( no wondering if they will or will not up ) and they turned up exactly when they said . Neil and Chris were so professional and friendly and worked like trojans. They use this fantastic machine that absolutely CLEANS your carpet . I could not believe the colour of what came out.
