Having never heard of soft-washing before I spoke to Darren and he came out to give a free consultation. Darren's knowledge was exceptional and he explained the process very well prior to the works commencing. As we have raised flower beds next to our walls we were worried about the effects the cleaning process would have on the garden. However, Darren reassured us and overcame this by using Steam Cleaning followed by a chemical application. The results were excellent, my partner and I were over the moon and there was no effect on the garden from the cleaning process. At the same time we also decided to have our paving pressure washed and chemical cleaned. The results were instant and the paving looked so much better. Darren also provided us with further information for after care. We couldn't have asked for more. He turned up and got straight on with it but also took the time to explain to me what areas he would be starting with and how it all worked. He even took time out to say hello to my dog so that he was happy with who was in the house too! Rich came to check during the works that I was happy with what he had done. He used a product that made the house smell very nice! At the end he tidied up and wiped away any wet patches from around the rug. He also said how long to leave the sofa and rugs alone for. It was easy to pay as he brings a card machine with him. Very professional and turned up in his van and uniform which made me feel at ease.
