"Wrong food. Not enough of anything. Left things off of my order. And everything was cold. Rice was hard. This is easily the worst chipotle I’ve been to. Edit: came back to try again and the girl was literally on her phone instead of doing anything. The boy that was making the bowls was great! But that girl stood on her phone and watched him struggle to make bowls for an entire line of people. Again worst chipotle I’ve been to"
"This location is by far the worst I’ve been to. I love this franchise, but this location doesn’t represent the brand. The work station is consistently dirty. They try to measure out your meat by putting it in a cup, which is different experience from every other location I’ve been to. They also skim you on chips. I actually took the bag I ordered back because it was so much less than I receive at other locations. If this location can’t operate like a regular Chipotle store then simply shut it down. It’s not good for the name."
"Grill not cleaned, burned taste. I Don’t know what time you all open but Lenox Location made customers wait in food court until 11:07am to Oder food. When I ordered my food, there was no sour cream, or vinaigrette available, I ordered, chicken bowl with double chicken, chips and guacamole, totaling $18. When I finally sat down to eat, the chicken had an odd taste to it like it was burned, or the grill wasn’t cleaned properly. I ate a couple bites, finished the chips but could not finish chicken because taste was over powering and I began to feel ill. On break I went back and asked for a refund or voucher just on the chicken brown not chips . Alyse had me open container and determined she was not given a refund or voucher . In Alyse’s defense she offered another bowl, but with whatever was going on with the chicken I would have rather come back at another time not to mention missing condiments. I just wish some empathy was shown, or she tasted the chicken ."
