"I went to this restaurant for lunch with the family on a rainy weekend afternoon. My actual rating of this place would have been 4/5 but because of the nostalgia and food experience, I am giving it a 4.5/5 The place was not very crowded and here is the summary of my experience there: 1) Ambiance 4/5: Frankly speaking, I am divided here since on one side they have some great decor while some really old couch covers present a wrong image. I would request the owners to look at it and change especially the old couch outside the place 2) Service 5/5: The service was good and the servers were fast and helpful with questions and suggestions. They were also fast with the food. 3) Food 6/5: We had a great time with the food and here is the summary of what we ordered: a) Thali: I ordered the veg thali which was great with tandoori roti, rice, dal, pickle, sweet, papad, raita, and veg of the day for $10 which tasted like home food. Totally worth the money b) Papdi Chaat: I had ordered this previously at home and did not like it since it was all moist and gooey but this time at the restaurant it was crispy and tasty. Definitely recommended c) Chicken Biryani: This is one of the best biryani that my wife has had. Properly suited to American tastebuds. She liked the fact that it was not overly spicy and the chicken was boneless and juicy. d) Chicken Korma: The spice level was medium and it was creamy and tangy. You generally don't go wrong with it. 4) Value for Money 4/5: Though some of the things like biryani and korma and not very cheap, thali and papadi chaat really makeup for it with the taste and cost. Also, in general, everything was great in taste. Overall, definitely recommended. Recommended: i) Thali for home-like taste ii) Chicken biryani for American tastebuds iii) Papadi chaat for Indian nostalgia PS: Don't forget the different kinds of sauf(fennel seeds mouth freshener) with tamarind candies at the gates. I brought back such nostalgia in me."

"Yet another belated birthday meal success! The menu is packed with vegetarian and non-vegetarian options and so much flavor and spice! Added bonus are the non Indian options for variety. Another bonus is the bar. Although not typical, it is nice to have an adult beverage on special occasions."

"This place turned out to be one of my favorite restaurants. The food is excellent and just enough spice to keep you wanting more! The staff is better than 5 star restaurants I've been to. The atmosphere is pleasant and all-around great restaurant."

"Very good food experience! I had the paratha Paneer tacos and the aloo tiki sliders. Aloo Tiki could use some sauce like the actual dish that inspired it, still very good, patty could have been crispier. The slider bun almost took away from the experience, IE too much bun, not enough aloo tiki. Paneer paratha tacos were steller, the bread was layered and made perfectly. It's also hard to stand up to having aloo tiki from a street vendor in Delhi (which is heaven) which when visiting fam recently we had a lot of it. I also had their Masala coffee and tea, both tasty and spiced perfectly. My wife had veggie momos and paneer sliders. "The okayest momos ever""

"Now one of the best Indian options in ATL. For it to be listed as street food, the menu is longer than most places, and there's plenty of table seating. Also a bunch of options for the vegetarians. I started w/ the samosa trio, and it was good. Had good flavor. Next, I had the Mumbai Quesadilla. Had great flavor, and the portion size was huge. I wish all quesadillas were served stuffed with filling like this one was. By this point I was full, but I was being a little greedy, so I ordered the Manchurian Chicken, with basmati rice. I would up taking it home, but it was so good. I'll definitely be back, as this has become one of my go to places for Indian food!"
