"I tried using the kiosk but it failed so I cancelled the order and then tried to go to register. Unfortunately I had to wait for 5 minutes in order to use a deal on the app. I watched people come in from the drive thru because they were missing things from their orders. A lady that ordered before me waited close to 5 minutes for her food. She asked for a large coke with no ice and a glass of ice. The girl had to be told 3 times that she didn't want ice in the cup with the coke. It was just a mess. When I finally got my food the fries were not very good. No salt on them at all. Very disappointing trip to McDonald's."
"Unclear flow and no communication. The lady who delivered food was friendly enough. Orders were kiosk only. Getting a refill was not an option. Standing at counter for awhile without being acknowledged. Watched several customers come and leave without being served. The place was not busy and I see why. Mr ? came in I would guess owner or owners family in a black F150. Everyone acknowledged him as he brought in cups. Interesting he parked in handicap parking with others just as easily accessible. Seems they just spent a lot of money to avoid their customers and offering service would have been money better spent."
