"We ordered the blackened white fish over rice, green beans, off the cob corn, and carrot cake. The menu said it came with two pieces of fish, but we only received one. When we inquired, we were told we had the lunch portion, but that wasn’t clear on the menu. The fish was okay. The rice was hard, the green beans were undercooked, and the corn was not as soft as usual. However, the carrot cake that we ordered was absolutely phenomenal. It came with caramel sauce, candied pecans and some type of coconut medley. It wasn’t too sweet and was well balanced and very flavorful."

"We met family in Valdosta for a 65th birthday celebration. One of the festivities included Cheddar's. We arrived just before 10p, excited for some in our party to experience Cheddar's for the first time. Unfortunately, after 30 minutes of anticipation the waitress informed us the cook says "there are no T-bones". Highly dismayed we asked for the manager. The manager informs us first we close down at ten, when questioned about the 11 closing time, she then stated the steaks were frozen and would take 20 minutes to thaw. The customer service was less than expected. The steaks were tough and raw after waiting over an hour . To add insult to injury, an entire order for a slab of ribs were conveniently not ordered when asked where they were. Waitress Chloe and manger Cristina need retraining on entering orders and customer service the manager was very callous. The ultimate disappointment was also waiting on the kids meal. Absolute birthday bomb. *Well done steak - raw *Soft/twice steamed broccoli -hard *Kids cheeseburger- considerable wait/ cold bun * Sweeping, mopping near table while dining The entire experience was disheartening and completely unacceptable service."

"I have always had a good time and experience at this restaurant. The amount of food you get for the prices is amazing, you can't find quality and quantity for a low price these days. This is why I will always keep them on my favorites list."

"We came here after my mother's funeral to spend some time as a family. We were a pretty big party and we were sat down pretty quickly. The waitress was great, the food was hot and fresh. The drinks from the bar was on point. Great service this day!"

"Cheddars makes healthier eating possible, therefore leaving room for a shared dessert! During a recent visit I had the salmon on a bed of rice, green beans and off the cobb corn, and my wife had the grilled chicken pecan salad. The salmon was well seasoned as well as the vegetables. My wife stated that her dish was absolutely delicious with the candied pecans taking it over the top. Cheddars doesn’t skimp on portions either, which leaves you feeling comfortably full. You remember that dessert I mentioned earlier? Well, my wife and I shared a decent slice of carrot cake with a caramel drizzle. The carrot makes it healthy (in a round about way). Be sure to ask for Chris because he was an awesome server. Can’t wait to go back again. Oops! I almost forgot. The honey butter croissants were to live for…"
