"Staff is very friendly ,helpful, and very patient cause my phone had died and I couldn't assess my card . I also did not have a wall charger .not to mention it was like 15min till they closed ...the night Manager was so kind as to take my phone plug it up with his charger so I could assess my account to pay for the pizza I was so embarrassed to have shown up late as well as not have my card unlocked and no charger but the manager and staff made me feel very welcomed and and appreciated I'd give them 10*stars if i could they made my week with their random acts of kindness"
"Came in to order 8 pizzas 2 supreme 2 meat lovers and four pepperoni that they already had made. One of the workers was sitting on the counter where you prepare the food and the person taking the orders was not paying attention to me standing there. The young lady turned to me and stated it would be two hours before my order would be ready when it wasn’t even busy at all. I was the only customer in the store. I told her just the supreme and meat lovers needed to be made since they had plenty of the others in the warmer. She stated that was for walk in customers. Well hell what am I. You have lost a loyal customer for life. This may not mean much to you, but I work in healthcare and know all the major Doctors, NP and nurses in our community. Word of mouth will kill you. Try real customer service and manners and your business may thrive more than it is."
"So tonight, 04/13/2022, I ordered 3 pizzas and they were the best I've had at this location. I don't know what changed but keep it up guys. Great job!"
"I was glad to see an 'A' rating, however, they use a different type of dough for their Italian Cheese bread. It was not what I expected and did not fill the box, which is why I gave them 3 stars. It still taste good, but it did not have enough cheese to cover all of the bread. I will not be ordering it from this location. I prefer the thicker dough, like the serve at other locations in Georgia."
