Was the employee not paying attention to the order or what. Ugh, do better and listen sandwich makers!!"

The answer is always a polite, no ma’am, or no, sir This is not the first time that they have heated my sub when I have specifically said no When I ask if I want to return it, my answer was no because I am one of the elderly and it takes everything I can get to go through the first time.
