"I sent a Wal-Mart store to store money wire transfer yesterday from a New Jersey Wal-Mart to Union city, Georgia, Wal-Mart. The recipient wasn't able to get the money today because, although the name, address, phone number, and reference number were ALL correct on her end, but I mistakenly spelled here first name, Teresa, as Theresa. Now, how many people would have the same reference number, name, address, and phone number that would be at that specific Wal-Mart and know the exact amount of the transfer and which Wal-Mart it's from?? Smfh In addition to that, I sent a transfer back in February to the same person, and there wasn't a problem at all, the woman at the courtesy desk just bought up the information on their computer system. Then she asked if it was "being sent to the same person" and when I said, "yes" she used the same information from the last transfer that I sent. When I tried calling the union city Georgia store, to tell them the information that I just stated, I was patched through to customer service and the phone rang 25 times, then disconnected me twice. Then, the electronics department picked up and was telling me that I put in the wrong extension when I called???!!!?!?! #&$!@^°%"!@!!. I finally spoke to"
