"I’ve lived out here for going on 3 years and as long as the rent doesn’t increase too much I’ll stay another year until I find a house. Fairly quiet neighborhood and the new office lady is nice and bilingual which is good for the area. Maintenance works quick I never really have issues. Living here for years I’ve definitely seen an improvement the current owners keep it clean & don’t allow all that craziness so it’s pretty quiet unless the kids are outside playing but we also have a playground so they kids aren’t too bothersome."

"I’ve been living here for 3 years now. This new company took over and raised our rent by $400. They keep saying the are going to update our apartment but still haven’t. The cabinets fell down over 3 months ago and they have yet to come fix them they are being held up by the microwave. They were supposed to come today, had us remove everything out the kitchen area and they never showed up. They was supped to fix our tub but it became such a hassle with the company they hired lying saying that I left a child home alone so they wasn’t able to fix it( I have 3 small children that can not be left alone), he told my husband that there was a leak he would have to come back( must have forgotten he had spoke with the adult that was here) I eventually said just forget about it. We are being charged for valet trash pick up when they never came to pick our trash up the guy would just circle around in our section but never get ours. Flooring was supped to be redone that never happened either. DO NOT MOVE TO MAPLE LAKE ITS HORRIBLE HERE! Currently trying to find somewhere to move."

"Do not apply I applied online and received an immediate denial. Fine but when attempting to call about refunding my administration fee there has been no one to answer the calls it is stating that all employees are busy all day and dont bother trying to go view the unit someone’s thereJust none available for showing until moving in I had to drive out there to get this information.MONEY SCAM"
