When services brought to attention to attendant\front clerk only excuses supplied!"

"This place is straight trash! I hate for my situation or I wouldnt even be at these hotels! $106 a night not worth it at all I have never been give such filthy towels and sheets at ANY hotel! We ordered food and walked to the store to get something to drink came back to roaches on the food when we called to the front office they claimed first to not have any room to transfer and no bug or disinfecting spray! These towels and sheets are literally black and have holes along with burn marks! And the struggle to get towels from them is ridiculous you have to keep going up front hoping that someone wants to do their job because every request you have they say oh we have to call K! People in surrounding rooms are constantly loud through out the night THEY DO NOT SERVE BREAKFAST! And the wifi is trash its constantly cutting off and buffering beyond weak even to stroll on social media! Ac/heater is always going out and they NEVER come fix it like theybsay it just comes back on when it comes back on!Ive been to other super 8s(morrow, stockbridge) that are way nicer and serve a decent breakfast but this one is closer to my kids school and they truly suck customer service sucks rooms suck if you DONT have to be here dont come they arent worth a $1"

"TL;DR: multiple security incidents in same night, and horrible rooms. Had to call 911 and leave the hotel middle of the night. Had bad feeling as soon as entered the hotel. I even asked, the hotel staff, if I need to be careful around here. She did mention she was working at the hotel for 29 years, but never had any issues. Well I should have known better that staff wouldn't give bad reviews about their own hotel. Hotel rooms are horrible, there was some weird smell, dirty bed sheets with holes, only toiletries provided is just a soap, AC is very noisy, walls are so narrow you can clearly hear arguments from next door. Incident 1: while walking towards the room, there were some arguments going on, all of a sudden a bag was thrown out of the room and door closed. It was the first time I have seen anything like that at any hotel. After a tiring day, I ignored it, hoping it's just some fight between couple. Incident 2: Around 12-1 AM at night, there was some arguments/yelling started next door, that went on for a while then all of a sudden there was banging on my room door, shouting, cursing. It went on for a while. It's a pretty scary experience. I wasn't sure, if I should answer the door or say something. Was so uncomfortable just wanted to leave from there. Not sure, what to do called 911, explained the siutation. As soon as patrol showed up, everything became quiet. I went out talked to patrol cop. Cop mentioned it's a very bad hotel and he will be around for a bit to make sure nothing is going on. I left at 2 AM in the middle of the night. While checking out, front door staff did offer me another room to stay, after multiple incidents in one night and bad reviews from cop, I decided to not to take any chances and left from there. I called the hotel multiple times to report the incident, finally after 3rd attempt able to reach the manager SAM. Explained the situation to him, and he did mention their GM would reach out next day to resolve the issue. Haven't heard from anyone yet."
