"Welp, there's been the same two piles of dog doodaloo in the breezeway of the second floor for about a week now..... the rooms are NOT cleaned after guest, which was made evident by the amount of trash we found behind the bed. We also found someone's used, USED, boxer briefs and a stained pillow to match in one of the drawers. Every person I've dealt with and encountered in the office were terribly unprofessional and some even rude as f. The only one I met who was kind and professional was the maintaince, he was cool. If you need a place in a emergency, I guess it's fine, depending on what you're willing to put up with. The price was kinda ridiculous for what you get, its 86 a night. Smdh.Also, there's a butt ton of unsupervised children and big @ss dogs running around without leashes (the dogs, not the kids, of course)."

"I was here delivering a food order to someone staying here. The location is really hard to get into and out love. Where it's located and the condition of the immediate parking area, actually made me uncomfortable. I was glad to have my adult son riding with me as usual. I was really happy when I saw they had elevators, as the order I was delivering was on the top floor, which I believe is the 4th floor, until I saw that the elevators did not work, and quite frankly probably haven't worked in years. On the top floor and orb weaver spider had built her web across what would be the opening of the elevator if it still opened, and in the middle of the day she was still there. Children were playing in wading pools on the sidewalk on this floor, and I had to step over their pool and shoes and such just to deliver the order that I have brought to the person a couple of doors down. In the two and a half years I've been doing food delivery, this is only the second or third time I've ever actually felt this uncomfortable, and quite frankly unsafe. I did see a young woman knocking on doors that said she was from the front desk she seemed to be attending to the needs of some of the tenants, and I say tenants instead of guests, because it was obvious that they actually live there. That therefore caused me to give a better service rating than overall rating, and kept the overall rating from being a one star. My son and I have been in temporary housing in an extended stay for almost 3 months, and many years ago when both my younger sons were very young our family stayed in an extended stay for over a year, therefore I'm not making judgment on the people who have had to make this place the choice of where they live. But simply because they have I believe the owners of this establishment need to provide better upkeep of the facility. I truly do not believe it's safe for parents to have to bring up their children. I'm actually very surprised that it's allowed to remain in business."

"Sad receptionist, no waiting area or lobby at the hotel. Poorest of service ever received. Room keepers coming to chase customers out at 10am in the morning. All these sounds weird to be true, but sure no exaggeration. Air conditioner/heater timed or programmed to stop working at a certain time of the night. Rooms are not smoke free."

"This is not a safe environment. I did not feel safe at all. I paid to stay for two days due to having a late flight to go back home. I didn't get reimbursed for leaving early. The water was not on and once my fiance spoke with the front desk about it they hung up on him. Very disappointing! I was scared when he left to go to the store for us...these men kept walking pass the door. It didn't look nor feel right! I woke up with bites on my body for what it was is unknown. The shower had black mold room #326. I don't recommend this location for ANYONE!!!!"
