Michelle and nurse Tiffanie were both very attentive and thorough with my exam and the conversation about my health. Michelle took her time, and we discussed my entire health history. Tiffanie followed up the next day with my results and provided straight forward strategies to improve my overall wellness. During my visit, Tosha and the rest of the front office staff were also helpful. Overall, this was a great experience with UFPA, and I highly recommend them!"

"Dr Mark has been my PCP for going on 10 years. I drive 1 1/2 hours to see him each way since I have moved further away. He knows me, my conditions and remembers me every time. He takes the time to answer all of my questions, puts me at ease, gives me advice and suggestions as needed and is very honest and up front regardless good or bad news. He is very thorough and open to my questions and running tests needed if he agrees that what I ask him is possible . He is very compassionate and caring and is an excellent doctor. I was crying to him on one call because I had a cancer scare and I could see him wiping tears from his eyes. You don’t find many doctors these days who actually care. Here you are not just a number like at most doctors offices. I’ve had many hospital stays, many specialists and surgeries over the past 4 years (and I’m only 44 years old) and I make sure every procedures notes are sent to him so he is up to date on all of my conditions. He’s worth the drive! He does do virtual appointments a lot for me which is wonderful. His nurse Karen is like a friend now. She is always smiling and loves her job and it shows. I could sit and cut up with her all day. When she calls me with results or meds filled I know her voice before she says it. Dorothy up front is also very accommodating when I need to be fit in and always pleasant. When she calls it’s the same thing, I know her voice before she says it. I couldn’t recommend a better family doctor!"

"Great visit from start to follow up. Front desk was warm and jovial. My nurse was funny and kind- and she was quick getting me in the room, great skills for painless blood draw and flu shot. Dr Davis was warm and welcoming. Listened to and answered my questions, was very thorough, but also had me out on time! The follow up 2 days later was quick, thorough and informative. All in all, each team member contributed to an excellent experience for my yearly physical with Urban Family Practice."
