"This is the worst pediatric clinic ever they have the rudest receptionist that could care less about your experience. I had to wait over an hour outside while my son was burning up with a fever which they knew and still had the audacity to say “idk when they’ll be able to see him” when I had an appointment and Mary Cahill the main pediatrician is the rudest person ever so you can expect more of her students. All of the people that work there are students and not even qualified I tried to give this clinic a chance but all the bad reviews are true."

"My children had a multitude of poor experiences that when put together resulted in my reporting this clinic. From race based assumptions, to lack of bedside manner and more than couple of misdiagnoses. We left long ago but the experience still haunts me as a parent."

"This was the Dr we were assigned to by our insurance and while the Dr wasn’t terrible, I did feel as though we were treated as less than. The worst part is that my daughter’s previous Pediatrician faxed all of her records over to them and they completely failed to enter them. So when we switched drs recently, we couldn’t even get her records from them. Luckily her old ped in another state still had them. In addition, we were told they were out of a vaccine she was due for last year and that they’d call us to schedule an appointment once they received more which never happened."

"This place is terrible... The staff members are extremely rude and so is the office manager. My son has HLHS and been in the hospital since birth where he got his immunizations and even though I told them that the hospital would send the records they said they wouldn't see us with out submitting them first. I've had a few appointments with them... First one I had to wait 2 hrs in the car then either hour in a room before we were seen at a max of 15min. This has happened twice. My son was admitted into the hospital the NP called me and told me to call her back when we got out and she would also send some information I requested by email... She never did so when I called to speak with her I was told I couldn't and would have to schedule an appt to speak with a practitioner then hung up on me. When I called back to speak with the office manager she was just as rude... I've already found another office where the doctor called and spoke with a doctor directly and we will be switching practices..."

"At what point do we just stop and think that maybe this place is being rude to us by always being late. Why must you make us waste so much time? They move you into a room only to have you wait just as long as when you were in the waiting room. I understand you have many patients but this should not be an everyday thing. The staff is nice but having you wait there so long makes you want to look for other options. Things would probably be different if you had more locations, so this place wasn’t so packed. Thank you for being open on Saturdays but when our appointment is at 9am, I want my child seen within a reasonable time, not an hour later."
