"Our son had been really really sick and you can never get in your primary doctor when you have an emergency so we took a chance and went here. They're online booking and check in is seamless and it allows you to go there to certain time and have a very minimal wait time maybe 5 minutes then they take you to the back put you in a room and get you taken care of. Our son was diagnosed with pneumonia and the professionals there diagnosed treated and prescribed appropriate medicines and helped us tremendously. We were terrified but the doctor said we are going to fix this! They were confident and that meant a lot. Thank you we will be going back. The lobby is clean neat modern and looks really nice*** while sitting in the exam rooms we noticed a lot of debris/ food droppings and noticeable amounts of hair on the floor*** not a complaint but maybe ownership/management would want to consider stepping up the housekeeping duties.*** it was pretty noticeable or we wouldn't have even mentioned it. Thank you and we do appreciate your service."

"Improved check in process and now have skilled staff in front office! Never thought of any issues with back office staff or Providers. They have ability for x rays and several immediate blood work results. They have primary care and urgent care services. Much better than being charged for urgent care if u r there for a regular medical visit. The co pay is based on your reason for visit. It was billed as regular visit for my condition. Top notch care from excellent Doctors.....yes real Doctors!"

"Dr was good, nurse was good, front desk was good. Management and scheduling sucks. Last time I went in at 11:30 and they left me waiting while everyone went to lunch. To avoid that, this time I went at 1pm. They informed me they wouldn't be able to see me until 3pm and they said come back then. I did and I waited nearly 2 hours to see the doc. I wish they would have told me to come at 5:30 instead of 3. The sign says "right now". It should say sometime today or tomorrow"."

"Absolutely the best care in the area! Have seen Dr. Pennington for a few years and amazed with her level of care each time. The are an Urgent care facility and serve lots of people, so expect a wait. The team of Drs and nurses always give the best advice and understand that you are coming there in need of help for some sort of recovery. I have always appreciated the personalized advice given."

"I and my family are very happy using AFC. We have gone there multiple times, in preference to the usual doctor's offices. Dr. Pennington, especially, is caring and listens for all the time needed to hear about you, your health - and your family's health and status if they are also patients here. Dr. Kazi also is professional and thorough and pleasant. The staff appears competent and caring, and even the front desk receptionists are quick and pleasant. There is always something of a wait, as there are not many doctors available at any one time - but you get enough time with the doc when your turn comes up!"
