"I made an appointment for mammogram for this location 2 months before on the day of appointment I called they said sorry we do not see any appointment for you. Than they scheduled me for the next day. I drove half an hour once I got there they said we do not see any appointments for you. This was so unprofessional. Their front desk is really messed up. Patient name shideh. This is at John’s creek location"
"Money grab. They schedule an ultrasound and tell you after the ultrasound that the doctor is not in and tell you to see the doctor at the other location the next day. You have to pay another fee to see the doctor the next day for yesterday's ultrasound. Only to find out that the doctor Cook is 'busy' and you have to see a nurse. They only care about getting your money and won't care after that. I don't know what type of oath they took but it is definitely not to help pregnant women. I trusted my wife's health with this institution but I will not make the same mistake twice"
"I truly love my doctor at this practice but the women at the front desk could not have been ruder. We drove over an hour today to only find out once we arrived that my appointment was cancelled. All the woman at the front desk told me was that they called me to notify me. No I’m sorry, let me help you rebook nothing. I had no email, no text and no voicemail from them letting me know of the change. Just a bad start to the day and we were so sad to miss this big milestone appointment for us."
"So far I only had two OB appointments with Dr Magal and both were pleasant experiences. She listened to my concerns/questions and answered all of them. However, I wish the overall wait time would be less. At my first OB appointment, I waited more than 1 hour after Ultrasound to see the physician."
"Dr. Marcus is the best! I left the practice (I don't even remember why) one time and when I inevitably came back, I apologized profusely and promised to never cheat on him with another doc again. He is the most thoughtful, thorough, patient, and gentle OB/GYN I've ever been a patient of. HIGHLY recommended."
