"I came here a couple of weeks ago for my 5 yr olds cleaning. We initially had a positive experience, they told me his prior filling fell out and it had to be redone. We schedule an appt for today to refill the filling ($79 as insurance didn’t cover it-fine). We come in today and they are trying to convince me he had ANOTHER filling fall out within the last 2 weeks that we’ve been here so my cost went from $79 to $160 and the doctors went ahead and filled the 2nd one WITHOUt consulting with me first. And then blamed it on him “grinding his teeth” or said it was possible because he “moves so much in the chair-which is ridiculous because my son is 5 and they use nitrogen gas” the prior doctor wasn’t able to seal it correctly. I would bet the doctor that saw him 2 weeks ago was just negligent and didn’t see my son needed 2 fillings redone not 1. Will not be back to this location"
"Great dental office and I had a pleasant experience dealing with the staff. The front desk lady was nice and friendly and the assistant that went over my son's visit was open and transparent. I appreciate that he took the time to inform me about cavities and why certain procedures were being recommended. Will come back for my son's follow up appointments."
