"Our first appointment was fine but on the last one they said a parent can't accompany my 6 year old inside. I didn't understand it or how that had anything to do with covid. I waited in my car and they called 10 mins later saying she was ready. Don't know what they did inside, chose a different pediatric dentist who allowed me to stay with my kid, provide comfort and see what's going on."

"New Patient. Registered through phone and got appointment after 2 months . They confirmed me starting 2 weeks and also called day before appointment. Visited today and yes the entrance looked and ambiance inside resembles for kids . My kid liked it and filled the necessary forms before they called my kid . Parents are not allowed inside . They asked if any specific issue before taking him to room . Will update more in next visit about quality of cleaning."

"Since covid it appears the level of customer service has been diminished at the children's dentist, i know they say have grace we have reduced staff etc. However about 4 weeks ago my daughter had an appointment right after school and since we recently moved i didn't anticipate the amount of traffic so i was about 12 minutes late. Prior to arriving i did call the practice to let them know i was on my way and they say come on, but when i got there they told me we would need to re-schedule because my daughter was the last one and i was late. Fast forward to her reschedule appointment and i arrived early enough; but we waited about 32 minutes and my daughter ask did they forgot about me, i had to ask what is the hold up as i am here early and now waiting. This is unacceptable as tech just said oh we are backed up and sorry for the delay, but i had to tell them wait a hot minute i was late you turn me back and now i should just shut up and wait because you didn't plan effectively to ensure patients are seen. This is unacceptable and i will just have to find another dentist."

"I just complete my daughter's 1st dental check-up and Dr. Nancy made it as easy as possible! She has a wonderful staff and they're trained with great customer service skills and have exceeded my expectations in EVERY way!!! I will be bringing my daughter here until they can't accept her anymore. Alot of people are scared of going to the denists, however, they make it as painless and as pressure-free as possible!
