"I was referred this place by Carmax via Repair Pal. It was an awful mistake. My 15 year old vehicle was no longer working. I had it towed to CLM in July. My vehicle was not diagnosed until October and not repaired until November. When it was repaired, it was returned to me with the windshield cracked from top to bottom on the passenger side. I immediately reported this issue. The office staff took photos and said the owner would be in touch. It has been months at this point and the owner(s) avoided me. They never even apologized. The office manager did say that the owner said it is not their fault due to the service agreement though she acknowledged that she did not see it cracked when it was dropped off. I have photos from the day it was towed and the tow truck driver to prove that no glass was cracked or broken when it was dropped off there. I have secured an attorney and disputed the charge with my credit card since they are ignoring me. I won the dispute with my credit card company for the cost of the windshield repair. I received a quote for the repair to the windshield and it is almost half the cost of the repair. In addition, the place lacks professionalism otherwise. You could see a mechanic in their lot which they share with another business drinking a beer out in the open. The place smelled like that non-legal plant when I picked it up. What people do on their time is their business, but I would prefer sober folks working on my car, and a repair shop that cares about customer service. I have been beyond patient because I am a kind person. But they are mistaking my kindness for weakness. I usually enjoy supporting local businesses, but I should have gone to the dealership. You should too. AVOID THIS PLACE at all costs. I regret using them. Now I will go to Repair Pal and Carmax to report the issue. They should not be referring a business like this. Bottomline, unless you want your car returned to you with additional damages DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR IN THEIR HANDS. THEY WILL DAMAGE IT AND NOT DO ANYTHING TO ADDRESS THE ISSUE. You deserve better."

"My Daughter dropped my car here for a simple wire replacement of one headlight the part cost. 8.00 they charged 103.00 my lights are not working properly the auto light function and the bright light functions are both not working. When they asked me to bring it back to be looked at this guy couldn’t seem to “understand” what the auto light function was or how my brights were supposed to be able to stay in position during dangerous conditions. He kept asking me to explain but if you don’t understand what to do with a vehicle prior to working on it why would you even work on it. I left because I don’t have time for games. It was very un professional not to mention they had the car for over 5 hours just to replace the light wire. Now I have to take my car somewhere behind their work and they didn’t even actually contact me the owner before working on my car. Which is also not legal to do. UPDATE I went right back to ask for an itemized receipt for their work they couldn’t “find” it so he gave me back the money I spent and a tip. That doesn’t justify not having your business in order and I still have no actual proof or knowledge of what they actually replaced or repaired."
